We’ll teach you how to design for laser cutting and you’ll walk out with a personalized tumbler. \nTumblers are included in the price! We have various colors such as black\, blue\, red\, purple\, pink.\n \nWe cannot guarantee colors for the event though! \nAdditional tumblers  can be purchased for $15/ea (includes tumbler and engraving). DESCRIPTION:The Hackley Public Library\, Lakeshore Fab Lab\, Lakeshore Museum Center\, MiSTEM Network\, Muskegon Community College\, and Muskegon Museum of Art are asking for your support of the Inaugural STEAM Along the Lakeshore Event! \nWHEN: Saturday\, May 6\, 2023 from 10am-3pm \nWHERE: Hackley Park\, Hackley Public Library\, Lakeshore Fab Lab\, Lakeshore Museum Center\, and the Muskegon Museum of Art \nWHO: Pre-K to high schoolers and their families/guardians \nWHAT: STEAM Along the Lakeshore is an adventure that encourages students to engage in STEAM activities and take home supplies to continue their explorations! \nSTEAM Along the Lakeshore will start in Hackley Park where children will receive a sling bag with a STEAM kit\, a “passport” and a shirt. They will travel between the four anchor organizations for the event\, participating in STEAM activities at each location. \nAdditional community partners will have STEAM related activities throughout Hackley Park. \nAfter completing each activity\, they will get their passports stamped. Once they receive enough stamps\, they will turn in the passport for a chance for raffle prizes. \nThis event will be FREE and open to the public. The planning committee hopes to welcome over 1\,000 children and their family members/guardians.
